J Cube Mall has closed down since Aug 2023 to make way for a brand new 40-storey residential development, named J’Den with commercial space on the first and second floors.
The new mixed development J’Den will comprise of 368 residential units in a majestic tower of up to 40 storeys high. J’Den will also be linked up to the upcoming Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub, which will comprise of an air-conditioned bus-interchange, regional library, community club and sports facilities amongst other commercial spaces for retail, services and F&B.
