A highly anticipated integrated development will be coming up right next to Pasir Ris MRT station. This will comprise of a commercial and residential development, Pasir Ris 8 Residences @ Pasir Ris Central , integrated with a bus interchange, a polyclinic and a town plaza. This will provide residents with seamless connection to public transport services and amenities.

The residential component, Pasir Ris 8 Residences @ Pasir Ris Central, will have about 480 apartments of one- to four-bedders units above three levels of retail space. The apartments will be from Levels 4 to 11, while the mall will have three levels – two above ground and a basement. There will also be basement car parking lots for the retail mall. As residents of the condo, you will have a separate car parking facility on Level 3 of the project.

Pasir Ris is a mature estate, which means you will be able to enjoy the entire suite of amenities a fully-developed HDB town should have. The future mixed development of Pasir Ris 8 Residences @ Pasir Ris Central would add to the number of existing malls such as White Sands, Loyang Point, Elias Mall, Pasir Ris West Plaza and NTUC Downtown East.

Pasir Ris residents can get to the city within 40 minutes using the East-West MRT line, but the upcoming Cross Island Line will link you to the rest of Singapore and make commuting everywhere a breeze. Pasir Ris is the housing estate that is nearest to Singapore’s Changi International Airport and the newly opened Jewel at Changi.
